Title: Need To Lose Inches Off Butt And Thighs
I exercise regularly and eat a healthy diet...but no matter what I do, I can not lose inches in my butt! I think recently it is even getting bigger!!! Now this may be due to more muscle, but that is not the result I am looking for. Can anyone tell me what exercises (cardio and strength) I can do to lose inches off my butt and thighs? Thanks!

Anne, it's so hard to spot reduce. However, so great lower body exercises include standing hamstring curls and straight lifts. Also, these same movements can be done while laying on the floor.
Squats are an awesome lower body workout -- yes, butt AND legs.
From the cardio point of view, kickboxing uses so many lower body muscles -- great workout for that! Hi/low is good; step is okay...many people don't use proper step height or technique and end up with "step butt."
Running/jogging is primarily lower body. Swimming is good; or just hanging on the side and kicking...

You'll have to honestly evaluate you body type. Some people simply have a "bubbly butt" while others have a flat, butt-less rear end. Genetics may play a role...
