Try searching on google for a document called the BUD/S Warning Order. This is an exercise program geared for those who are seeking to get in shape to attend BUD/S training for the Navy SEALs. The training program outlined in the Warning Order should get you in good shape for the physical training of the Royal Marines.
If the program doesn't suit you there are other things you can do.
Make sure you do some training for muscular endurance. Muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance are emphasized more than muscular strength in initial military training. Good luck.

Make contact with your local Armed Forces careers office, who will be able to provide you with a leaflet explaining exactly what will be required from you at the Potential Recruits Course (PRC) or Potential Officers Course (PRC). This will also give you a good training programme to stick to.
