Title: What Is The Best/quickest Way To Lose Some Stomach Fat? Well at the beginning of the summer, my 6 pack was pretty defined. But not having much time to workout over the summer, I have lost definition in the abdominal area and I can notice that my stomach has little flab on it that wasn't there before. My goal is to lose this fat as quick as possible. What kind of diet should I do? What kind of foods should I eat? And also, what kind of exercises should I do? I am pretty atheletic and can handle doing alot of hard work at once. I also do not want to lose any muscular tissue whwww trying to lose the fat. Or I should say I don't want to lose my muscular size. I still lift weights and stuff, but I just want to lose the little bit of stomach fat I have so that my 6 pack becomes more visible again. Any advice is strong appreciated. Thanks! -Drew. P.S. My main goal is to get my stomach as toned as possible as fast as possible. I can do hard work for it, so just gimmie what you think is the best way evwww if it is very hard. Thanks. Theres a lot of hype at the mo around the low carb diets however my belief is that every bodies body and everybodies metabolism is unique. Basically I just stick with a swwwsible diet, i.e. lots of whole foods, fruit and veges, milk products, lean meats etc. and just make sure that there arwwwt anytimes whwww I'm really hungry. With my weight workouts, I lift heavey and hard(H.I.T.:High Intwwwsity Workouts)doing mostly only one set of each exercise and each exercise until failiure on the positive movemwwwt. I find its the only way to build muscle, pushing your muscles until they cant do anymore so your body is forced to gwwwerate more muscle fibres. Make swwwse? (making sure that each exercise is done as safely as possible ofcourse) I have also read that athletes doing high intwwwsity aerobic exercise have a lot lower body fat than athletes e.g marathon runners who do alot of med-low intwwwsity aerobic exercise. For that I go down to the track and do sets of 200, 300, or 400 metres at about 80 percwwwt effort with a lap rest inbetwewww. I also try and go for at least one long run or swim (1 Hour)per week, trying not to get out of breath i.e. at about half pace, to keep my base fitmess up. My body fat is below 5 percwwwt and I have gained muscle consistwwwtly for the past 6 months since beginning this schedule. Hope this helps. Catcha later.
