Dumbbell Triceps Extensions - Behind Neck


Description:

This exercise focuses on working the triceps muscle.

Instructions:

Show Individual Steps

  • 1 Stand straight with feet together, and your left arm resting at your side. Have your right arm bent above your shoulder, and a dumbbell grasped in your right hand slightly behind the head.
  • 2 Exhale and bend your arm slightly upwards making sure that your back stays straight.
  • 3 Fully extend the arm towards the ceiling and hold for 2-3 seconds. Inhale and lower arm to start position.
