Description:
This exercise focuses on working the triceps muscle.Instructions:
Show Individual Steps- 1 Stand straight with feet together, and your left arm resting at your side. Have your right arm bent above your shoulder, and a dumbbell grasped in your right hand slightly behind the head.
- 2 Exhale and bend your arm slightly upwards making sure that your back stays straight.
- 3 Fully extend the arm towards the ceiling and hold for 2-3 seconds. Inhale and lower arm to start position.
