Exercise: Triceps with the Exercise Band


Description:

This exercise can be done almost anywhere - all that is needed is a small length of an exercise band.

Instructions:

Show Individual Steps

  • 1 Hold the band behind your head with one hand. With the other hand, grasp the band behind your back.
  • 2 Exhale and straighten both arms at the same time. Inhale and slowly return to the start position.

    Repeat 8-12 times, rest, then switch arms.
