Exercise: Shoulder and Biceps Stretch


Description:

This stretch focuses on working and stretching the shoulders and biceps.

Instructions:

Show Individual Steps

  • 1 Begin this stretch standing with your feet shoulder width apart. Clasp your hands together behind your back.
  • 2 Roll your chest out and slowly lift your arms in an upwards motion.
  • 3 Continue to lift arms until you feel yourself starting to lean forward. Hold for 10-12 seconds and return to start position.
