Crossed Arm Crunch on BOSU Begin by laying with the small of your back on the BOSU, knees bent, with feet planted firmly on the floor, and your arms across your chest.

Using your abdominal muscles, slowly pull your upper body towards your knees. Slowly lower your body back to the starting position and repeat 15-20 times.
