Ninja Kick on BOSU Lay with your hip and side on the BOSU, top leg outstretched, bottom leg slightly bent and resting on the ground. place your hands behind your head.

Simultaneously lift your upper leg and upper body, in somewhat of a side crunch. Be sure to keep your upper body facing forward rather than twisting it. do 5-15 of these and switch sides.
