This exercise focuses on the oblique abdominal muscles, but also works the rest of the core (abdominal and back muscles).

Side (Oblique) Crunch on BOSU Begin on your side on the BOSU, hands behind your head.

Once you have gained your balance, slowly contract you oblique muscles, bending sideways and pulling your upper elbow towards your upper hip. Do 10-15 reps and then switch sides.
