Description:

Standing calf stretch using a BOSU. This stretch is really good for people who play sports that require a lot of jumping, or if you run or walk up hill a lot.

Instructions:

1 Stand, both feet on the floor facing the BOSU. Place one foot on BOSU so that the balls of your feet are on the ball part of the BOSU but your heel can still rest on the floor. Stand straight with your knees straight and push your hips forward over top of your front foot. Hold for 10-15 seconds and switch legs.
