Instructions:

Show Individual Steps

  • 1 Begin by standing upright, feet shoulder width apart, hands at your sides.
  • 2 Slowly bend forward from the hips, focusing on keeping your back straight.
  • 3 Continue to band forward from the hips, reaching towards the ground. Hold for 10 to 15 seconds. Return to standing position and repeat.
