Crunches with Knees Up


Description:

This exercise focuses on working your abs.

Instructions:

Show Individual Steps

  • 1 Lying on a mat on your back, have your hips and knees bent to a 90 degree angle and hands behind head. Leave a space between your chin and chest looking diagonally up at the ceiling.

  • 2 Exhale and lift shoulders off the mat using your abdominals. Hold for 2 seconds. Inhale and slowly lower back down to starting position.
