Place your index finger on the button of your choice. Choose one on the opposite side of your hand for increased difficulty.
Now, press. This can be difficult for some, but with a little practice it will be come easy.
You can start with your hand resting on the couch or a table, and as you get more experienced and gain strength, you can hold the remote in the air.
Notes:
This exercise can be done with any finger or even the thumb. Try different grips to work different muscle groups.
