Muscles Used: Back

Sitting Back Stretch with Band

Sit straight with your legs together out in front of you. Wrap the band around your feet, at the middle, and have each hand grasping a handle of the band.

Sitting Back Stretch with Band

Exhale and pull your left arm back extending the band. Hold for 2 seconds, and release. Repeat with the opposite hand for one full rep.


Notes:
Do 10-12 reps per arm to complete this exercise.
