Rotator Cuff Exercise

Start this exercise with feet shoulder width a part. Your right arm should be bent out in front of the body, and your left arm bent behind your back. Hold one handle of the band in your right hand. About 2 feet from the handle, grip the tube with your left hand, with the rest of the band dangling down.
Keeping hold of the tube with your left hand, inhale and pull your right hand towards the right side of your body. Hold for 2 seconds exhale and release.
