Two Arm Bent Row with Band


Description: This is a modified version of the Dumbbell row exercise. Equipment Used: Exercise Tube Sport Specific: Badminton, Baseball, Bowling, Cricket, Darts, Field Hockey, Football (American), Football (Soccer), Golf, Gymnastics, Handball, Hockey, Ice Skating, Race Car Driving, Rugby, Running / Jogging, Sprinting, Strength Training, Tennis, Ultimate Frisbee Muscles Used: Back, Back: Lower Categories: Elastic Band, Resistance Training


Two Arm Bent Row with Band

Start with tube crisscrossed around feet once, knees bent, torso forward, arms bent to the sides and hands grasping each handle of the band.

Exhale and pull both handles back using your arms. Hold for 2 seconds when elbows are parallel with neck.

Recommended reps: 10-12 to start and increase as you progress.
