This stretch focuses mainly on the hips. It is done with 2 people and is great before and after any sport or workout.

Equipment Used: Exercise Mat, None
Muscles Used: Hips (hip flexors)

2 Person Hip Flexor Stretch Start by having one person sitting on the floor with their legs spread apart, hands resting in front. The other person should be behind them sitting on their knees.

The person in front slowly bends their torso towards the ground with the assistance of the person behind pressing gently on the back. Be sure to keep your back upright and focus on bending at the hips, NOT the back. Hold for 3-5 seconds and return to start position.
Notes:
Suggested reps: 2-3 per person.
