Step Up for The Up Center is a stair climbing and fundraising event that challenges participants to run or walk up the stairs in Norfolks Dominion Tower - 25, 50, or 100 stories (that's once, twice or four times up). Or new this year... try our Ultra event, a 2-hour endurance climb. Participate in multiple events, such as the 25 and 50-Story event or the Ultra and the 25-Story event, for an even greater impact!
Medals will be given to the top 3 fastest individuals and top team in each division of the 25, 500 and 100 story events. Prizes will be awarded for the top individual and team fundraisers. Register early! If you wish to edit registration info, contact Heather Watkins or 757-965-8649.
All monies raised from this event benefit The Up Center, a regional non-profit social services agency that protects children, strengthens families, empowers people in crisis and maximizes independence for those with disabilities.

Step Up is Hampton Roads' premiere stair climbing event that will challenge both competitors and non-competitors to walk or run up the 25 flights of steps in Norfolk's Dominion Tower on Waterside Drive. Competitors can choose to climb 25, 50, or 100 flights of stairs.
Prizes will be awarded in a number of categories, including best individual and team times in the competitive categories, as well as the most money raised by an individual and a team.
Open to all participants 8 years old and up.
